I do believe everyone should have their vitamin and mineral levels checked through a blood test. There are a few supplements that pretty much everyone can take,
with no bad side effects.
- A liquid mineral supplement (I take Liquid Light)
- Fish Oil- 1500-3000 mg
- D3- general 5000 IU (this is important to have tested)
- Probiotics- live cultured, its refrigerated and many different kinds
- Vitamin C- 4 grams daily (best in powder form)
- B-complex one serving daily
- Coenzyme Q10 (antioxidant, cell growth and energy) one serving daily. I take Ubuquinol which has a higher absorbtion
rate.
Some other supplements that I highly recommend ;
(Read the labels for the appropriate daily servings
or ask me).
- Whey protein powder
- BCAA
- Creatine HCL
- Glutathione
- DHEA Complex for women
- Alpha Lipoic Acid
- Vitamin E
